1. Our Services
LionHeart Hub provides digital marketing and web development services on a project or retainer basis. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed separately in a written proposal, quotation, or service agreement signed or acknowledged by both parties. In the event of any conflict between that agreement and this page, the signed agreement will prevail.
2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver results on schedule, clients are expected to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and access to any accounts, hosting panels, or advertising platforms required to carry out the agreed work. Delays caused by a client’s failure to provide these inputs may extend project timelines proportionately and will not be treated as a delay on our part.
3. Payments
Fees are payable as per the schedule mentioned in the service agreement or invoice, typically in advance or in milestone-based instalments. Work may be paused if payments fall overdue by more than 7 days from the due date, and resumed once dues are cleared. All fees quoted are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. No Guaranteed Rankings or Results
Search engines, social platforms, and advertising networks regularly change their algorithms and policies, and results also depend on factors outside our control, such as competition, budget, and market conditions. While we apply industry best practices and continually optimise campaigns, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or sales figures unless such a guarantee is explicitly documented in a signed agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Original creative assets, website code, and content produced for a client become the client’s property once the engagement is paid in full, except for any third-party licensed assets (such as stock photography, fonts, or plugins), which remain subject to their original licence terms. LionHeart Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Where our services involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search Console, WordPress, or hosting providers, clients remain bound by the respective terms of service of those platforms. LionHeart Hub is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or data loss caused directly by such third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LionHeart Hub’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement, typically 15 to 30 days. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable, and any pending advertising budgets held on the client’s behalf will be settled or refunded as applicable.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always indicate the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
